I'm cooking every recipe in the Weeknight Wonders cookbook by Ellie Krieger and blogging about it. I'm not a foodie (or a blogger) -- I just really like what Ellie Krieger aims to accomplish and thought it would be fun. I'm cooking in a very small Portland (Oregon) kitchen mostly for just my wife (Julie), myself and our teenage giant. If you haven't yet, you should buy the Weeknight Wonders cookbook by Ellie Krieger. It's good!

No lunch today
Power outage in our high-rise due to nearby construction left us with soup and salad nearby. Sorry blog followers. Hopefully dinner can still happen!
